We always strive to guarantee comfort, reliability, and punctuality in fulfilling your orders, so we ask you to plan and book transport in advance.

We recommend early booking:

• As a rule, all orders are accepted and finalized one day before the planned trip.
• This allows us to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of transport, taking into account all your wishes.

Emergency orders (on the day of the trip):

• If you need to order a car on the day of the trip, you can leave a request or contact us to clarify the possibility of delivery.
• The approximate arrival time of transport for an emergency order is from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the type of transport and its availability at the time of ordering.

Important: Emergency orders are accepted only if free transport is available and are an exception to the general booking rules. In such cases, we cannot guarantee 100% fulfillment of the order, but we will make every effort to meet your request.

The minimum order depends on the type of trip:

• For a standard transfer from point A to point B: the minimum cost is calculated as 2 hours of car operation + 1 hour for delivery.
• For a route with multiple stops (pickups/drop-offs): the minimum order is 3 hours of car operation + 1 hour for delivery.

This allows us to guarantee the quality of service and take into account the logistics of delivering transport to the client.

We understand that plans can change, so we have developed flexible and clear cancellation conditions for your comfort.

For private clients:

• Free cancellation: You can cancel your order one day before the planned trip, and the prepayment will be fully refunded.
• Cancellation on the day of the trip: If you cancel your order on the day of departure, the prepayment will not be refunded.

We ask you to inform us in advance about plan changes to avoid loss of funds.

For business clients:

• Individual cancellation conditions: Cancellation conditions and refunds for business clients are agreed separately and are detailed in the service agreement, taking into account the specifics of your orders and company needs. We always strive to maintain an individual approach and find comfortable solutions agreed upon by both parties.

The transfer price includes up to 30 minutes of passenger waiting time from the moment the car arrives at the pickup location.

If the waiting time exceeds this period, an additional fee will be charged for each full/incomplete hour of waiting—according to the hourly rate for the selected car type. The calculation is made from the time specified in the order as the car delivery time.

To avoid extra costs, we recommend informing us in advance about possible delays—we always try to flexibly adapt to the situation.
