  • Clarifying details

    Our manager will contact you to confirm the route, timing, preferences, and finalize the booking.

  • Advance payment

    You make a prepayment — it’s 1 hour of rental or 10% of the cost (whichever is greater).

  • Payment

    Choose what’s convenient: cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.

  • Message

    The day before your trip, you’ll receive an SMS or message with the driver’s contact and vehicle number.

  • Vehicle arrival

    At the scheduled time, the car arrives at the pickup point — the driver is already waiting for you.

  • Completion and feedback

    You pay the remaining amount upon boarding. We’d love to hear your feedback after the trip.

    You can pay in cash at our office. An expense receipt and fiscal receipt are always provided.

Documents for booking a trip

To book a car with a driver, you don’t need much paperwork. We made the process as simple and convenient as possible — just provide the necessary info and we’ll arrange the trip quickly.

  • Trip information
    Date, time and pick-up location, route, estimated duration and preferences are the basis for a reservation.
  • Online request or via messenger
    You can send the details in any convenient way: via the website form, messenger, or simply call us.
  • Contract (upon request)
    If you need official confirmation — we will prepare a contract with all trip conditions. Signing is possible online.

    Yes, please inform us of the need when booking.

  • What payment methods are available?

    Cash, bank card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, cashless payment with or without VAT.

  • Is prepayment required?

    Yes. A prepayment is required to confirm the booking.

    For private clients:

    • The prepayment to reserve a trip equals one hour of the chosen vehicle’s work or 10% of the total trip cost (whichever is greater).
    • The remaining balance is paid upon boarding the vehicle.

    For business clients:

    • 100% prepayment before the trip for new clients.
    • Flexible payment terms for regular clients.


  • Can payment be made after the trip?

    For private clients — a portion is paid before the trip, the remainder upon boarding the vehicle.

    For business clients:

    • 100% prepayment before the trip for new clients.

  • Can I get the driver's contact details in advance?

    Yes, one day before departure we will send information about the vehicle and the driver’s contacts who will serve you.

  • Do you operate on weekends, holidays, at night?

    Yes, we operate 24/7, without days off, to provide uninterrupted customer service.
