What is the minimum rental duration with a driver?
What is the minimum rental duration for a car with a driver?
The minimum booking depends on the trip type:
- For a standard point-to-point transfer: the minimum cost equals 2 hours of vehicle work + 1 hour for dispatch.
- For a route with several stops (pick-ups/drop-offs): the minimum booking is 3 hours of vehicle work + 1 hour for dispatch.
This ensures service quality and accounts for the logistics of sending the vehicle to the client.

How much waiting time is included in the price of the transfer/car rental with a driver?
The transfer price includes up to 30 minutes of waiting from the moment the vehicle arrives at the pick-up point.
If the waiting time exceeds this limit, an additional fee is charged for each full or partial hour of waiting according to the hourly rate for the selected vehicle type. Calculation is made from the arrival time specified in the order.
To avoid extra costs, please inform us in advance of possible delays – we always strive to adjust flexibly to the situation.

Yes, but subject to vehicle availability. Estimated arrival time — from 2 to 4 hours.
