What documents are required to book?
For private clients:
You can place an order in one of two ways:
1. Simple order placement: Send us a message through the online application form on the website, by email, or via any messenger convenient for you. Be sure to provide the following trip details:
- Date and time the vehicle is required;
- Vehicle pick-up address;
- Destination address (route);
- Estimated trip completion time;
- Additional requests (if necessary).
This will help avoid any misunderstandings and ensure your order is fulfilled comfortably.
2. Service contract arrangement (optional): At your request, a manager can prepare a service contract that details all terms and specifics of the trip. Such a contract provides an additional guarantee of service quality and conditions.
For business clients:
To place an order and complete the paperwork, you need to:
1. Provide details for invoicing and preparing the service agreement:
- Full company name;
- Company EDRPOU code;
- Registration address;
- Bank details;
- Director’s full name;
2. Signing the service agreement (at the client's request):
The agreement details all terms of cooperation, deadlines, cost, and payment conditions. The contract can be signed online.
3. We prepare all supporting documents (budgets, estimates, route sheets, etc.).
4. Signing the Certificate of Completed Works (services rendered): After the trip, the manager will provide a Certificate of Completed Works for signature. This ensures transparent financial accounting and provides official confirmation of the services provided.
