Partner requirements

We value reliability and professionalism, so we work only with carriers who maintain high service standards. To ensure comfort and safety on every trip, please take into account our basic requirements for partner vehicles and drivers:

  • Own vehicle required
    A passenger car, minivan, or minibus in your ownership, in excellent technical condition, with no serious faults.
  • Driver with 2+ years of experience
    Accident-free experience, confident driving, neat appearance, and ability to communicate with clients.
  • Clean vehicle appearance
    A clean interior, well-maintained bodywork, and no dents, scratches, or other defects that spoil the impression.
  • Smartphone and Internet access
    For quick communication with the dispatcher, receiving orders, and navigation on the road.
  • Vehicle documents and insurance
    Mandatory valid documents: vehicle registration certificate, insurance (OSCPV). A carriage licence if required.
  • Punctuality and responsibility
    Arrival exactly at the specified time, adherence to the route, and unconditional fulfilment of every booking.

  • What's the minimum time before dispatch?

    We always strive to guarantee comfort, reliability, and punctuality when fulfilling your orders, so we ask you to plan and book transport in advance.

    We recommend booking in advance:

    • As a rule, all orders are accepted and finalized one day before the scheduled trip.
    • This allows us to ensure accurate and timely vehicle dispatch, taking all your preferences into account.

    Urgent orders (on the day of the trip):

    • If you need to order a vehicle on the day of the trip, you can submit a request or contact us to confirm availability.
    • The approximate arrival time for an urgent order is 2 – 4 hours, depending on the type of vehicle and its availability at the time of the request.

    Important: Urgent orders are accepted only if a suitable vehicle is available and are an exception to the general booking rules. In such cases, we cannot guarantee 100 % fulfillment, but we will make every effort to meet your request.

  • Can I book a car on the day of the trip?

    Yes, but subject to vehicle availability. Estimated arrival time — from 2 to 4 hours.

  • Can I change the route or time after booking?

    Yes, we are flexible about changes. If your plans have changed, please contact the manager who made your booking in advance.

    Specify the new route or timing details, and we will confirm the possibility of changes and the updated order cost.

  • What if the start time of the event changes?

    If the event start time shifts, inform your manager as early as possible. We will do everything possible to adapt the vehicle schedule.

    If additional waiting exceeds the agreed time, an hourly fee will apply according to the selected vehicle type.

  • Can I book a car for multiple stops or a return trip?

    Yes, these options are available. Simply indicate all stops when booking.

  • Is vehicle selection by brand or model available?

    We take your wishes into account and select a vehicle accordingly.
