What if the flight is delayed?
When booking an airport transfer, up to 60 minutes of waiting after the flight lands is included in the price.
We track the flight status in real time, so we usually know in advance about possible delays.
Meet and greet service with a name sign is available for an additional fee — simply request it when placing your order.

What if the event start time changes?
If the event start time shifts, notify the manager as early as possible. We will do everything we can to adjust the vehicle’s schedule.
If additional waiting exceeds the agreed time, hourly billing will apply according to the selected vehicle type.

How is waiting time charged?
Waiting time that exceeds the period specified in the booking is charged additionally. The cost is calculated at the hourly rate for the selected vehicle type (e.g., business sedan, minivan, minibus, etc.). All waiting-time and tariff details will be stated in your quote or contract.

Can I book a car for multiple stops or a return route?
Yes, such options are available. Just specify all the points when placing your order.
