We recommend booking in advance:

• As a rule, all orders are accepted and finalised one day before the scheduled trip.
• This allows us to ensure accurate and timely vehicle dispatch, taking all your preferences into account.

Urgent orders (on the day of the trip):

• If you need to order a vehicle on the day of the trip, you can submit a request or contact us to confirm availability.
• The approximate arrival time for an urgent order is 2 – 4 hours, depending on the type of vehicle and its availability at the time of the request.

Important: Urgent orders are accepted only if a suitable vehicle is available and are an exception to the general booking rules. In such cases, we cannot guarantee 100 % fulfillment, but we will make every effort to meet your request.

The minimum booking depends on the trip type:

• For a standard point-to-point transfer: the minimum cost equals 2 hours of vehicle time + 1 hour for dispatch.
• For a route with multiple stops (pick-ups/drop-offs): the minimum booking is 3 hours of vehicle work + 1 hour for dispatch.

This ensures service quality and covers the logistics of sending the vehicle to the client.

We understand that plans can change, so we have developed flexible and clear cancellation terms for your convenience.

For private clients:

• Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking one day before the scheduled trip, and the prepayment will be fully refunded.
• Same-day cancellation: If you cancel on the day of departure, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Please notify us of any changes in advance to avoid losing funds.

For business clients:

• Individual cancellation terms: Cancellation and refund conditions for business clients are agreed separately and detailed in the service agreement, taking into account the specifics of your orders and company needs. We always strive for an individual approach and mutually comfortable solutions.

The transfer price includes up to 30 minutes of waiting from the moment the vehicle arrives at the pick-up point.

If the waiting time exceeds this limit, an additional fee is charged for each full or partial hour of waiting according to the hourly rate for the selected vehicle type. Calculation is made from the arrival time specified in the order.
